November - March
EUR 1200 per week
Perfect to spend the winter period. We offer a discount for monthly rentals (book 4 weeks, pay 3 weeks). Excluding Christmas period (EUR 1500 per week) and cleaning costs. Minimum stay of a week.
April - June
Between EUR 1500 - 2300 per week
April is EUR 1500 per week (excluding holiday period, EUR 1800 per week). May is EUR 2000 per week. June is EUR 2300 per week. Excluding cleaning costs and usage of airconditioning. Minimum stay of 4 days.
July - August
EUR 3000 per week
Weekly rental excluding cleaning costs and usage of airconditioning. Minimum stay of a week.
September - October
Between EUR 1600 - EUR 2100
September is EUR 2100 per week, October is EUR 1600 per week. Excluding cleaning costs. Minimum stay of 4 days.
Cleaning costs are EUR 280 incl towels and sheets, and weekly change of towels and sheets and twice a week pool cleaning. When only using the upper floor apartment (max 4 adults), cleaning costs will be reduced to EUR 200. Airconditioning costs are EUR 100 per week in June, July and August.
