Villa Joya suits six adults and two kids. At the first floor of the house are two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and double bed. The living room with it's semi-open kitchen leads onto a veranda with a dining table and lovely lounge area. At the lower level, there is another bedroom, bathroom, and washing area.

The swimming pool is surrounded by several terraces with comfortable sun loungers, an outdoor shower, chill-out area and a BBQ. There is also a lovely kids playground with a trampoline, and this part can be fenced from the swimming pool. Finally, the house offers many facilities for younger children, like two baby cots, dining furniture, and play amenities.
